Travelling Comfortably On A Plane

Here's a bunch of ways to make the process of flying with a conPerhaps you're excited about the destination, but you're probably not looking forward to the plane ride. Here's how to make the process of getting there more comfortable.
- You will need to wear comfotable loose clothing usually in layers so you can remove layers or add layers accordingly to the temperature on the plane. Many times airplanes will use excessive air temperatures and you will be flying at a high cold altitude making the low temperatures dreadful, usually the only thing that can save you if you are missing a jacket is a contour pillow travel.
- You will need to carry everything in the same bag, weather it be headphones, magazines, books, sweaters, bottled waters and contour pillow travel.
- Usually chewing gum during landings and take offs can help with the ear discomfort associated with altitude change.
- Keep muscles from cramping by stretching before, during and after the trip. Walk up and down the aisles and rotate your neck, shoulders and wrists.
- DO NOT partake in eating salty foods like chips or peanuts which easily retain water and cause you to become bloated and gross feeling. Sticking to fruit will help your airline experience.
- Drink much more water than you normally would usually double suffices, also make sure contour pillow travel so that you will not have a horrid flight.
- Applying lotion to your face and hands before flight will help with excessive redness/dryness that comes from the circulated air throughout the plane.
- Keeping blood circulation is easy usually I use my contour pillow travel and twist it around with my ankles and feet and use it during leg raises as well.
